I booked a cruise with a well known cruise agent(p&o cruise) for next September they sent me a voucher for free parking at Southhampton when I tried to use it I was told by agent it did not cover my booking. yet it states I have free parking. Have taken up with trading standards who tell me that I should book car parking and claim back and any costs incurred
