Price of drinks

Parsman

It always amazes me that people are willing to spend hundreds if not thousands of pounds on a cruise but moan and groan about the price of drinks. What odd priorities they have! I realise that some American lines prices are higher than the more traditional UK lines but none the less it does make you wonder abour some people's economics.

Re: Price of drinks

Regarding drinks prices this can vary between Cruise lines.I appreciate that some of the US lines such as RC drinks are expensive but on the likes of P&O prices are little more than you would pay in a decent hotel.I will say however the price of wine I find expensive £15+ for a very ordinary bottle is over the top.But like the man says you make your choice and pay the price.

Re: Price of drinks

yes, agree, surely you know in advance of the prices or have an estimate of how much food and drink are. Also the euro is pretty strong at the moment..
