The plus side of this cruise was Navigator - a wonderful experience - although she's a few years old now, she shows very few signs of wear and tear. It's impossible to be bored on board: there's the American idea of a pub (not bad to be honest), a champagne bar, a great ice cream shop, coffee shop, a spa (prices a little high but service good), the famous rock climbing wall, a mini-golf course, ice skating rink, theatre, and best of all, an adults-only pool. On the downside food's a bit hit and miss - sometimes good (if rather bland) and sometimes bland to the point of boredom. Most of the Caribbean is like being in the USA but hotter! Everything seems to be set up for Americans and it can be a bit disconcerting to realise that they are hardly viewed as foreigners while Brits definitely are. Food on shore is generally excellent and quite reasonably priced.
