I enjoyed this trip, excellent to get out of England and have some sun, the gf wasn't so keen though, mainly because she said there weren't enough healthy eating options and we were the youngest people on board. That's true - we were like half the age of most people and some looked like they were in their 90s. No offence but sometimes I thought they were going to keal over in their chairs at the excitement of bingo! Good things were the food which I enjoyed, esp hot dogs before turning in at night! Staff, really friendly and helpful, cabin great as far as I'm concerned, gf thought it was a bit 'tatty' but if you don't spend any time in it, so what? Bad things, the age of the rest of the people, if I'd known I don't think i'd have booked in January, maybe other times of year they have a younger crowd, and the vibration of the engine which kept us both awake for the first two or three nights. Also the new smoking policy was good only allowed on 1/3 of the open deck, along one side of promenade deck and in 1/3 of Liberties Bar, but they need a sunlounger hogging policy too - some days you couldn't get a place to lay down unless you were up at the crack of dawn.
