Carnival Pride’s theme is beauty, which has raised a few eyebrows among more conservative American customers, but if you’re not likely to be offended by nude male statue in the dining room, or bare breasts by Rubens in the corridors, then this ship has a great deal to offer.
She’s sleek and fast, one of the Spirit class of Carnival ships, and the crew prides itself on being sleek and fast too – customer service is highly rated by passengers and the repeat bookings from satisfied customers suggest they are doing a good job. The Supper Club is a key feature, you pay a premium to eat there but the food is universally considered superb. Good children’s facilities too.
The Carnival Pride will dazzle you from the moment you enter the magnificent Renaissance Lobby. There's no letdown as you make your way through her 11-story atrium - crowned with a ruby-red glass ceiling - to the fun-filled outdoor areas.
Add the reservations-only supper club, countless clubs and lounges, and an award-winning children's program, and you've got the perfect "Fun Ship" for any family vacation.
